Service update: Delays to printing bus passes and ÄûÃʵ¼°¹ LINK cards
We’re currently experiencing a significant interruption in printing ÄûÃʵ¼°¹ English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) bus passes and ÄûÃʵ¼°¹ LINK cards due to a technical issue with an external contractor.
A solution has been identified, and we expect printing to resume around 7 August 2025.

A free bus pass allows eligible senior ÄûÃʵ¼°¹ residents to travel on buses free of charge.
It's valid between 9.30am and 11pm from Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.
