Although the programme is for 5 to 17-year-olds, the whole family will benefit by building healthy habits to last a lifetime.
Our 12 week programme
Be Your Best will help your child achieve better health, by supporting them to eat better, move more, and improve overall well-being.
Our interactive sessions include:
- live cooking workshop
- family meal planning
- easy food swaps
- fun physical activities
Each session will equip your whole family with tips and tools to build lasting healthy habits.
The programme also includes both in person one-to-one sessions and online group sessions.
One-to-one sessions take place at a time and location convenient for you, with a local, friendly and supportive health and wellbeing advisor.
Group sessions offer a chance to connect with the Be Your Best community over Zoom.
We run two different versions of the programme.
The first is for families with children aged 5 to 11 during their primary school years.
The second is for families with children aged 11 to 17 years during their secondary school years and beyond.
